My wife and I purchased Tauranga Marine Centre in 2000 and have since renamed the business The Marine Centre. We had been dairy farming for many years and decided that a change in our lifetstyle was much needed. I have always been keen on fishing and had owned a charter business running off the coast of Taranaki.

The move North and to the East Coast has proved challenging and most enjoyable as I meet new people and share a common interest in boating and fishing!!

Being so close to the lakes and the sea, l have gained a valuable insight into what my customer requires in a boat, what his specific needs will be when setting up a new rig.

Above all, I believe that my team at The Marine Centre are trained and dedicated in their chosen fields to make our customers dreams become real!!

My Sales Team pride themselves on having a wide selection of boats on the yard, normally 25-30 comprising of new and used in a range of prices.
